5 Quick Apply Full-time 18 hours ago Full Job Description Monitor the gaming floor and exterior property at all times; to identify potential security or safety risks and report to the appropriate individual.
Accurately update the daily communication log.
Become knowledgeable of all casino games and associated rules.
Maintain a working knowledge of all rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Observe employee behaviors and actions and report any procedural or policy violations in writing to the Director.
Utilize necessary equipment to identify, record, document and report illegal, suspicious or unusual activities occurring on property.
Protect company assets and gaming integrity through the consistent, thorough monitoring of all activities on the gaming floor and perimeter.
Provide an objective investigation and accurate documentation of all incidents and accidents.
Work closely with Security personnel to resolve any immediate concern or situation while maintaining a cooperative demeanor.
Report all concerns or issues to the Surveillance Manager and/or Director.
Identify potential loss of revenue; including (but not limited to) cheats, devices, and scams.
Obtain and maintain a gaming license.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain a HIGH level of confidentiality.
Practice the 5-10 rule with flawless execution internally & externally.
Requirements Requires problem-solving skills, keen observation skills, strong math skills, computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Position involves prolonged sitting, stooping or bending, lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, on a daily basis.
Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and/or temperature.
