Pewitt, is seeking an experienced 1st Assistant District Attorney and Assistant District Attorney.
Candidate must 7 to 10
years of experience.
Must have at least 2
years as prosecutor and/or in criminal defense.
Offices located in Jay, Oklahoma and Miami, Oklahoma.
Position primarily located in Miami, Oklahoma.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.
Experienced attorney - 7 to 10
years.
Team player looking to collaborate, learn and grow as a prosecutor.
Responsibilities:
Prosecute felony and misdemeanor cases.
Guaranteed trial work.
1st ADA will oversee all prosecutors.
Other duties as assigned.
Participate in ongoing professional development training.
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
